An Associate member is a company registered under the Registrar of Companies of Malaysia or Registrar of Business of Malaysia which is engaged in the business of providing or supporting services directly or indirectly to the SSO industry. Outsourcing services need not be the key business component of the applicant\'s total business. This includes those providing sourcing services solely for internal consumption.

An Affiliate member is a company registered under the Registrar of Companies of Malaysia or Registrar of Business of Malaysia which is engaged in outsourcing services as the key business component of the applicant\'s total business. The company is located outside of Klang Valley and/or is defined as an SME with less than RM5 million annual turnover.
