Background
With the current paradigm of globalization, partnership and collaboration in the outsourcing space is imperative to be globally competitive. USA corporations has been outsourcing for the past 3 decades and currently owns the biggest global outsourcing market share. Over the past 2 decades outsourcing went global, and the advent of services globalization has enabled significant maturity amongst buyers, who have become sophisticated, discerning and demanding of value from their service providers. In tandem with such a growth in expectations, nations from emerging regions and companies within have tried to attract the attention of the American buyers, using much the same language around cost-savings and availability of skilled labour.
Unfortunately the US market has grown beyond these standard hygiene factors, and are today looking keenly to expand their own businesses globally, with particular attention being paid to Asia Pacific, considered the fastest growing region in the world today. Hence with Malaysia being a hub of the region, it only augurs well for us to position ourselves as the “conduit” to this very sophisticated and discerning region. Further, by deploying this market-outreach approach, we remove ourselves to beyond comparison with other emerging nations. Therefore this mission becomes extremely important and critical for yourselves to take the leadership role in enabling this position, while also garnering much-needed market entry. The theme ‘Expanding Your Business Horizons in Asia: Accessing New Markets & Leveraging Local Competencies for Effective Growth’ compliments the aforesaid, and now needs to be reinforced by your value propositions.
The OM customized roundtable and B2B meeting event creates an opportunity for US corporations looking to expand and optimize their business processes and support services, while maintaining a high level of service quality, better cost control and ability to scale, but more importantly to those looking into experts in ‘Serving Asia’. A professional Outsourcing Consultant will be engaged to bring in qualified USA target audience for both the said roundtable & B2B Meetings. As outsourcing specialists skilled with expertise in ‘Serving Asia’.
