Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SigMax-E Services

Srikrishna Vadrevu, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SigMax-E Services, brings with him hands-on, all-round leadership experience in global financial corporations. Starting his career as a banker he moved to IT and then on to Outsourcing and Consulting. Over the last decade, Sri has focused on Business Process Outsourcing, Consulting and Training. Highlights of his career include:

• CEO of Standard Chartered Bank’s global shared service centre in Malaysia,
• Vice President at GE Capital International Services in New Delhi, India,
• Country (India) Head of US-India joint venture, HCL-Deluxe, New Delhi, India,
• Sr. Vice President at Brentwood Bank, based in Los Angeles, California and
• Asst. Vice President at the State Bank of India in New York.

Sri is trained as a Quality (Six Sigma) Master Black Belt at GE and has led over 100 quality improvement projects in India, Malaysia, Indonesia and S. Korea. His consulting experiences include working with DHL, Dell, Sony, Panasonic, Prudential, Accenture, Malaysia Airlines, CIMB Group (Malaysia), AmBank (Malaysia), Astro (Malaysia) and Bank Danamon (Indonesia), among others.

Academically, Sri is an MBA in Operations and Finance from the City University of New York. Sri has also published extensively in USA, India and Malaysia. He now consults with several Asian corporations in the areas of process improvement, product development and project management, across a wide range of industries and functions. Sri has served as a Working Committee member of OM for over two years and headed-up Research & Development at OM’s Executive Committee for over an year. Sri was recently re-elected to the Executive Committee of OM.
