Anthony Raja Devadoss holds the position of Consulting Director with the Outsourcing and Consulting Group of Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Troy, Michigan (USA), offering Human Resource solutions that include recruitment, outsourcing, and consulting services. Kelly operates in 37 countries and territories.

Anthony Raja is responsible for the overall management and profitability of Kelly’s Outsourcing & Consulting Group. Kelly OCG infuses organizations with proven Outsourcing & HR Consulting solutions and the indispensable edge to stay competitive in six (6) specialised divisions from the conceptualization, design & implementation of HR Outsourcing & Consulting programs in Recruitment Process, Contingent Workforce, Business Process, HR Consulting, Global Executive Search, Career Transition and Organizational Effectiveness Consulting. These form the complete gamut of HR activity within the Human Capital Framework.

Having graduated from Loyola College in Science, he proceeded to complete his Masters in Business Administration in the US majoring in Marketing & MIS. Anthony Raja is a Member of Asia Pacific Internet Association, Japan - APIA, Member of Internet Society, ISOC-USA, Member of HR Special Interest Group of PIKOM, Corporate Member of Outsourcing Malaysia, Professional member of the Human Capital Institute and Member of the Association of Career Professionals ACP International.

He was attached to GTL Limited, a leading network services company in India as an Industry Consultant in Electronic Commerce, Telecommunication & Network Engineering providing solutions for the Infrastructure & Engineering companies in India. Following which he was attached to Metrius a pan-asian E-business Company in Malaysia as the Chief Executive Officer. In addition to the above & having served the Kelly Group for more than 7 years, Anthony Raja comes with a wealth of experience in Sector based HR Outsourcing & Consulting, ICT Learning & Development, Professional/Technical Outsourcing, Recruitment & Executive Search Consulting Services.
