Bobby is the [founding] Chairman & CEO of Matryzel Consulting Inc, a strategy consulting, sourcing advisory and management firm headquartered in New York. Matryzel advises corporations worldwide adopt concerted strategies aimed at enhancing competitiveness while focusing on their core competencies. Matryzel has advised corporations and governments across multiple regions globally. Some noteworthy clients include Dyson, Govt. of Jamaica, Govt. of Jordan, Govt. of Brazil, ITAA, Govt. of Malaysia, Govt. of Sri Lanka, Govt. of Kenya, Starfield, Qooljets, Maxis, Maybank, Revionics, AgreeYa, Bleum and other client organizations.

Bobby is also a visiting faculty specializing in Global Management and Outsourcing for the universities in Malaysia and India. Concurrently he holds the role of Head - Marketing & Branding for Outsourcing Malaysia, a not-for-profit industry organization formed to enable growth of Malaysia as an attractive outsourcing services destination. His role focuses on developing marketing & branding strategies, including partnership development with other countries. Prior to these roles, Bobby was involved in providing management consulting advice to Fortune 500 & Global 2000 corporations involving business services across a wide range of industries – Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Technology, HRO, Higher Education etc. He has been involved in imparting offshore knowledge to clients, assisting them with their Risk Analysis and Measurement, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Operating & Financial Models, Pricing, Mergers & Acquisitions, JVs, BOT Modeling, Software Development and successful implementation & management.

Bobby holds two Masters degrees – one each in Physics and Management.
