Note:-
1)
Priority of selection of booth will be based on:-
- Level of sponsorship followed by
- First-come-first-served basis
2) Booking is confirmed only upon full payment for the kiosk(s) selected.
3) Exhibitors are free to add/re-design their booths but must be within the 2X2 metre space allocated; however the basic costs remain the same regardless of any special design.

A) Standard Booth (2M x 2M):- C/W Carpet and Underlay - Rental Basis
- 2mW x 2mHt rear panel pifex system with fascia board pane
- Plywood underlay within stand area only (2mW x 2mL)
- Needle punch carpet within stand area only (2mW x 2mL)
- Fascia name and stand no. will be printed on the 3 side fascia panel as per design
(colour sticker of your choice).
- 01(One) no. of information counter and 02(Two) nos of folding chairs.
- 01(One) no. of waste paper basket.
- 02(Two) no. of long arm spotlight and 01(One) no. of 13Amp SPN power point.
- 01(One) no. Brochure Rack
B) Upgraded Booth (2M x 2M):- C/W Carpet, Underlay and Brochure Rack
- 2mW x 2.5mHt Wooden Panel c/w palmet and base (as per design).
- 2mW x 2mL plywood underlay within stand area only.
- 2mW x 2mL needle punch carpet within stand area only.
- 01(One) no. of 1030mHt information counter and 02(Two) nos of barstool.
- 01(One) no. of standing brochure rack and 01(One) no. of waste paper basket.
- 02(Two) no. of halogen downlight (as per design).
- 01(One) no. of 13Amp SPN power point.
- Company name with stand number will be printed and installed on the booth (as per design - colour sticker of your choice).
